Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy on lingerie items.

Bras are the only items eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, bras must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Show no signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or damage

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on briefs, thongs, bodysuits, shapewear, nightwear, or any other intimate items.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be sent back within the specified timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
